Refer a friend scheme

We have a refer a friend scheme where you can earn £50 each time a care worker you have referred has worked for us for 3 months and then a further £50 if they are still with us after 12 months * T&C’s apply

Outstanding support

We organise shadow shifts with an experienced member of staff to ensure you feel confident before going out on your own. We have an on call system that is answered by a member of our team to support you.

Mileage and travel time paid

Travel time is planned in to your visits and this and your mileage is paid for. No need to leave clients early to get to your next appointment

Structured career path

We can help support you to work towards your QCF level 2 and 3 and help you to develop your career within the My Care team

Uniform, DBS, Equipment and ID badges supplied

We provide all you will need to enable you to do your job

Full Training

We pay you to attend our 5 day face to face induction training tailored to your needs. Further training is provided as part of your ongoing career development
